Hello! I'm a certified teacher with nine years of experience teaching social studies. I'm committed to expanding my skills through professional development. As a result, I've completed my National Board Certification and the AP Summer Institute. I've also completed graduate-level coursework in instructional design and literacy.

I have a passion for social studies, and I never get tired of teaching and tutoring. Helping students overcome barriers and challenges never gets old. I am experienced in identifying specific areas of focus and tailoring my teaching to address those specific barriers. My students and their families know that I am committed to their success. I specialize in tutoring AP Psychology, AP US History, and AP World History.

I have successfully taught several sections of AP Psychology. In addition, I've also taught general American History, European History, World History, Geography, and US Government. I am fully licensed to teach general social studies and history in three states. I earned a 5 on the AP Psychology exam and a 4 on the AP US History exam.
