Hello! My name is Julia, and I recently graduated Cum Laude from the University of Notre Dame with a BBA in Finance and a supplementary major in Applied and Computational Math and Statistics, along with minors in History and Business Ethics. This fall, I will be attending the University of Chicago to pursue a Master of Public Policy, where I will continue studying economics, statistics, and quantitative analysis.

I tutor mathematics, ACT preparation, and college admissions. My coursework at Notre Dame provided me with extensive experience in algebra, calculus, statistics, and more. I also have firsthand experience with the ACT and understand the study strategies and test-taking techniques that can help students improve their performance. In addition, as a recent graduate of a highly selective university and an incoming graduate student at the University of Chicago, I can help students navigate the college admissions process, including application planning, essay development, and personal statements.

Throughout my time at Notre Dame, I worked as a tutor for 3 years, explaining difficult concepts to students taking various math classes as they prepared for exams. Through this experience, I helped students in one-on-one tutoring sessions develop the confidence and problem-solving skills needed to succeed in school. My background in finance, mathematics, and statistics has taught me how to break complex ideas into manageable steps, and I strive to help students build a strong foundation that will serve them well beyond an assignment or exam.
