My bachelor's degree is in stem cell biology through Harvard University's Stem Cell Institute, and I completed extensive coursework in the University's English program. I graduated from Harvard with honors in 2018 after achieving a perfect score on my senior thesis, then obtained my Master's in microbiology and immunology from Georgetown University in 2019.
I've spent my career working with complex scientific and technical information, and I specialize in breaking difficult concepts down into clear, approachable steps for students. Throughout my career, I have written press releases, white papers and briefings for pharmaceutical companies, patient advocacy groups and medical device companies on a wide range of topics, which informs my approach to tutoring both science and english.

My goal is not just to finish homework, but to understand your student's individual learning style and develop strategies that will improve confidence and success for years to come. I am also a strong believer in the importance of continued learning outside of tutoring sessions. Upon request, I will provide detailed reports from each session at no additional charge so you can reinforce good habits at home.
I offer both in-person tutoring in the Milwaukee area and virtual sessions. These sessions could be at your home or in a public location.
