I'm patient and I use familiar examples to teach concepts, making math real. I have been trained in the elementary Algebra Project.
My studies of French gave me a deeper understanding of English. I have learned grammar since I was in elementary school. During my career, I had the chance to teach children from all over the world and help them and their families understand English.
I earned a BA in Elementary Education with a second major in French from St. Norbert College. I later completed an MS in Curriculum and Instruction from UW-Madison.
I look forward to hearing from you to discuss how I might assist your student.
In my spare time, I like to hang out with my dog, do some acting in plays or films. You’ll also find me exploring crafts and art.
