Coming from a lineage of educators, I believe teaching is in my blood. I learned firsthand what a difference the right strategy can make while I was at an under-resourced public high school. After getting my first D in AP Calculus, I reinvented my academic approach, which led me to a 5 on the AP exam and helped me graduate as my school's Valedictorian. This journey, which earned me a QuestBridge Scholarship to Dartmouth College, taught me that success isn't about natural talent, but about for you. That is the core of my tutoring philosofinding a personal learning strategy that worksphy.

My approach to tutoring is a collaborative partnership. I start by meeting you exactly where you are, so we can identify your specific challenges and goals together. From there, we'll build a personalized plan, whether that means breaking down a tough homework assignment, developing new practice exercises, or exploring a creative idea. This methodology comes from my experience as a college teaching assistant, from three years of teaching swimming to students of all ages, from four to forty, and 3 years being a DREAM mentor for at-promise youth. I see my role as more than just an instructor; I'm a mentor dedicated to helping you build both skills and confidence.

At Dartmouth, I graduated with honors, earning seven citations for academic excellence in my coursework. I majored in Comparative Literature and minored in Digital Arts, which gave me a deep understanding of both creative storytelling and the technical tools needed to bring those stories to life. I've put these skills to the test professionally, contributing to documentary projects for the National Geographic Society and the Television Academy Foundation (The Emmy’s). Whether you need help writing a standout college essay, preparing for an AP exam, or producing a film, I'm ready to share my practical knowledge and help you achieve your goals.
