Hi there, I'm Jack!
I recently graduated from UW Madison with a bachelor's in mechanical engineering and a specialty in energy systems.
I was a teacher for the "Engineering Tomorrow's Careers" high school camp at the UW, where I taught incoming freshmen the basics of engineering problem solving techniques and software. I also worked as a teaching assistant for two semesters of the UW Madison intro to mechanical engineering class, where I oversaw multiple lab sessions of 10-20 freshman students. I have a strong academic background, and graduated with honors with a 3.89 GPA. I'm also newly graduated, and am familiar with many of the courses that a mechanical engineering student will be taking.
I would be a good choice for undergraduate engineering students who need tutoring in calculus, mechanics (statics, dynamics, mechanics of materials), Solidworks, or using EES. Also, I have extensive experience in thermodynamics, and would be an excellent choice for tutoring in beginner to intermediate thermodynamics classes.
Please keep in mind that my pricing is tailored towards those looking for one-on-one, in-depth tutoring on advanced college-level engineering classes. If you think that I would be a good fit for you or your child for high-school level tutoring, feel free to please reach out and we can discuss prices.
