Bio

Another week slipping by without that project getting started. Assignments piling up faster than they get finished. "I'll get to it next week" turning into a whole semester of falling behind.

If you're a college student feeling buried, or a parent watching from a distance and not sure how to help without adding more pressure, you're in the right place.

You're not lazy. You just haven't built the systems yet that make a full course load feel manageable. That's what we'll work on...

That's what we'll work on together.

As your academic accountability coach, I meet with you weekly to look at what's on your plate, decide what matters most, and get it on your calendar. Between sessions, you have a clear plan and a real person expecting you to follow through. Not a parent. Not a professor. Someone in your corner whose only job is helping you stay on track.

My background is in rehabilitation counseling, working with young adults navigating the real challenges of college life. Staying on track isn't about willpower. It's about systems, small commitments, and someone who notices when you start to drift.

What we build together:

- Weekly check-ins
- Clear goal-setting
- Prioritizing when everything feels urgent
- Reminders for projects and deadlines
- Accountability that turns "later" into progress
- T0ime management that fits your life
- Custom calendar and schedule building
- Progress tracking

Parents welcome to hop on a call to talk through how sessions work. Students, reach out directly, and what we discuss stays between us. Send me a message and we'll set up a first session.

Approved Subjects

ADHD

ADHD

As an Access Consultant in higher education, I champion the success of students, especially those navigating ADD/ADHD. My approach is hands-on, emphasizing the enhancement of vital executive functions such as task initiation, organization, and strategic planning. My personal journey with ADHD not only equips me with insight but also fuels my passion. I'm not just an advocate; I've walked in those shoes, understanding the highs and lows that come with combined type.
Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)

Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)

I am a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor with a Master's degree, working full-time in higher education disability services, where autistic students are part of the population I regularly support. People communicate, share ideas, and show up in a session in a lot of different ways, and none of those ways is the correct one. Some students talk through a plan out loud, some type it, some need the camera off, and some need to know exactly what is coming before they can start. I meet students where they are and build the planning and follow-through work around that, so the semester runs on a system that works for the student.
College Counseling

College Counseling

I work full-time in higher education disability services as an accommodations consultant, and I have spent years with young adults navigating college. I am a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor with a Master's, plus undergraduate degrees in psychology and communication. To be clear about fit: I do not help with admissions or essays. I work with students who are already enrolled. Weekly check-ins, deadlines, prioritizing, and follow-through. Students with ADHD, learning disabilities, and executive function challenges are exactly who I do this for.
Executive Functioning

Executive Functioning

I am a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor with a Master's degree, working full-time in higher education disability services. I have also completed continuing education coursework in executive functioning for adults, covering the real complexity of task initiation, time management, planning, prioritization, and setting realistic goals. My work with students focuses on finding where the breakdown is happening, building a system around it, and fostering consistency over time so a full course load starts to feel manageable.
Special Needs

Special Needs

I am a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor with a Master's degree, working full-time in higher education disability services. Before that, I spent six years at professional overnight summer camps serving campers with disabilities, moving from camp counselor to program director. That combination means I have supported people with disabilities in both structured academic settings and in daily living, and I understand how differently the same person can show up in each. My approach is grounded in the social model of disability, which starts from the assumption that the environment creates most of the barriers, not the person.
