Welcome! Whether you are having trouble approaching "Parallel Reasoning" or "Main Conclusion" questions, I can help!

I am a former teacher who has also worked as a legal advocate for abused and neglected children over the past 10 years. Today, however, I am devoted to one topic: the LSAT! To that end, I have spent the last 12 months living and breathing Logical Reasoning and Reading Comp. I have also tutored voluntarily for the last 6 months to individuals with Fee Waivers. I have an official LSAT score of 174 on the current format (no LG).

There are many phases of studying for the LSAT. As you move between them, I would love to help you on your path! An entirely non-exhaustive list of topics include:

Foundational Concepts: Identifying premises/conclusion. Necessary/sufficient conditions.
Intermediate issues: Specific strategies per question type. Negation techniques for NA questions. Parsing conditional chains (which is becoming more common in LR as the LSAT evolves post-LG.) Grammar parsing generally.

Advanced skills: This becomes very different for different students. As you approach the higher score brackets, you have typically picked up all the points that are "easier" for you personally. Here, having a third-party can be beneficial to observe and work through your reasoning on hard problems. Often times, the final points are less about adjusting your fundament technique, and Instead, require identifying individual flaws exposed by wrong answers

If you are still reading (thank you), you may be asking, "why are you so cheap?" Primarily, even though I have been tutoring for half a year, I don't have a significant record tutoring on Wyzant, and I want as little barrier to entry as possible while I get started.
