My purpose: To help you succeed by providing you with the tips and tricks and creating a tailored learning plan for you. I strongly believe every student is more than capable of succeeding and my job is to break down the material in a way that makes sense to you. My greatest accomplishment as a tutor has been working with students who were at risk of failing turn their grades around and finish the course at the top of their class.
My approach: Every student learns differently, so I adapt my teaching method based on your needs. I will help you navigate material by gauging your current level of understanding and create an academic plan that supports your success. I am there to explain concepts, how to approach problems, and any questions you may have. I will provide you with tools to solve problems effectively and efficiently. I find online resources that are accessible to students to support their learning during lessons. If students bring their own material, I make sure to review it prior to create a better plan before our session.
