My 9 year old has just finished his 8th tutoring session with Gabby, and I truly cannot recommend her enough. They meet twice a week, Mondays for reading and Thursdays for math, and she has been incredible. She is encouraging, enthusiastic, and does an amazing job keeping his attention. He has ADHD, and she redirects him so naturally and positively that he stays engaged without feeling corrected. At first, he did not want to start tutoring because he thought it meant he was doing poorly. I explained to him that tutoring is a good thing and that being challenged helps us grow. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect teacher than Ms. Gabby! She is incredibly patient, kind, and fun, making learning an enjoyable experience for our kids. Her deep knowledge of the elementary curriculum, including advanced Gifted and Talented material, really shines through. She quickly adapted to each child’s unique learning style, and we’ve already seen noticeable improvements in just a few lessons.
