During my 11 year career, I have taught Kindergarten through 3rd Grade. Currently, I run a gifted and talented second grade classroom. I have worked with students of varying needs, including those who had both learning deficits and enrichment needs in both math and reading. I have a decade-worth of skills, tools, and resources to effectively assess all learning needs and respond appropriately. My students have always outperformed expectations!
Lastly, I want to highlight my unique skillset of working with gifted students. In my current role, I teach advanced learners every day, designing lessons that push them to think critically, create boldly, and grow beyond expectations.
