I am a Human Biology major with a Health Science emphasis and a Psychology major at the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay. I have completed all coursework for my B.S. in Human Biology, am continuing my education in Psychology, and will earn both degrees in May 2027. I am a high honors student, have been named to the Dean’s List all semesters, and have a strong foundation in biology, chemistry, anatomy and physiology, psychology, and health sciences.

I currently tutor: High School / AP (Biology, Chemistry, Anatomy and Physiology, and Psychology) and college-level Introductory Biology (Cell & Molecular), Microbiology, Cell Biology, Immunology, Anatomy & Physiology I & II, General Chemistry I, Organic Chemistry I & II, and Introductory Psychology. I have experience tutoring high school chemistry, Algebra I, and Biomedical Science as well as college Organic Chemistry and I serve as a peer mentor for pre-health high school and undergraduate students.

I also provide pre-med and pre-health advising, including interview prep, essay revision, course planning, extracurricular planning, research, volunteering, clinical experience, leadership, and study strategies.

My tutoring style focuses on making difficult courses feel more organized, manageable, and understandable. After being diagnosed with ADHD at 22, I had to adapt my own study methods and learn how attention, organization, and executive functioning affect academic performance. Because of that, I understand how frustrating it can be when traditional study strategies do not work.

I foster a welcoming, judgment-free environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, admitting confusion, and figuring out what actually works for them. Instead of only helping students memorize information, I help them break concepts into categories, understand the “why” behind the material, and connect details to the bigger picture. My goal is to help students improve their grades, build confidence, and develop stronger study strategies they can use beyond one exam.

Approved Subjects

ADHD

ADHD

As a Psychology & Human Biology B.S. student at the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay, I have a strong academic foundation in learning, attention, motivation, behavior, and executive functioning. My psychology coursework has helped me better understand how ADHD can affect organization, time management, task initiation, working memory, study consistency, and test preparation, especially for students who are capable but struggle to manage academic demands effectively. I also understand the practical side of ADHD and academic performance, including how traditional study advice often does not work well for students with attention and executive functioning challenges. My tutoring approach focuses on helping students build realistic systems for planning, note-taking, active recall, exam preparation, and managing overwhelming coursework. I especially enjoy working with students who need support with organization, focus, test anxiety, procrastination, or figuring out how to study in a way that actually fits how they learn.
Anatomy

Anatomy

I have completed extensive anatomy-related coursework preparing for a career in surgery through my Human Biology and Health Science background, including completing Human Anatomy and Physiology, Human Anatomy and Physiology Lab, Human Anatomy Cadaver Lab, Kinesiology, Kinesiology Lab, and Human Physiology Lab with strong performance. These courses have prepared me to help students understand anatomical terminology, tissues, organs, body systems, and the relationship between structure and function at both the classroom and lab level. Since anatomy can be memorization-heavy, I help students organize material into patterns, visual connections, and practical study strategies instead of relying on brute-force memorization. My goal is to help students feel more confident and prepared for lectures, quizzes, lab practicals, and exams.

Study Skills

Study Skills

I am a high honors student at UW-Green Bay studying Human Biology and Psychology, and I have had to learn how to study in a way that is organized, realistic, and actually works. After being diagnosed with ADHD as a college senior, I had to completely rethink how I approached school, including attention, motivation, executive functioning, time management, and how to break overwhelming material into something manageable. Because of that, I understand both sides of studying: wanting to do well, but also needing systems that fit how your brain actually works. I help students build personalized study strategies using tools like active recall, spaced repetition, visual organization, practice questions, custom study guides, and realistic planning so they can feel more confident, less overwhelmed, and more in control of their classes.
