I prefer a demonstrated or hybrid teaching style. Visual aids, videos, and a variety of different tools can be used based on the learning style of the student. Since students individual areas of struggle vary greatly, I prefer one on one or small group online tutoring to be able to provide a tailor learning.
I thoroughly enjoy getting the opportunity it work with students. I am the MLT and MLS student clinical education coordinator at my current hospital. I have kept in touch with several of my past student and it is a pleasure to see their careers grow.
