I cannot express my gratitude enough for the incredible effect Paul had on my LSAT journey! I began preparing on my own in May 2022 with a diagnostic score of 158, with the goal of achieving a 175+. After I took the October 2022 exam under the instruction of a different tutor, I was left disappointed and questioned if I had reached my limit (simply if it was just impossible to reach any further from my original diagnostic?). After taking a break from the LSAT for a few months, I reached out to Paul in late May 2023 in a last-ditch effort to improve. I'm thrilled to report that after just three short months of working together, I achieved a score of 178 on the September 2023 exam! Paul's impact on my LSAT preparation and learning experience cannot be overstated-- there are truly countless things he did for me. Without a doubt, I would not have realized how profoundly learnable the LSAT is without his guidance. I genuinely believe that with Paul's help, anyone can attain their target score. One (of many!) things that set him apart from my previous experience with other tutors was his ability to break down complex concepts in an exceptionally simple and comprehensive manner. He took the time to understand me not just as a student but as an individual, and crafted each lesson to suit my learning style and needs. Prior to working with Paul, I dreaded the thought of taking practice exams and studying long hours for the LSAT-- however, once we started working together I gained tons of confidence, and I even began looking forward to challenging myself and accumulating more practice scores. Best LSAT Tutor
I started tutoring with Paul a couple months ago because I felt really stuck with my LSAT score and had no clue how to improve. Paul is incredible at explaining how to tackle some of the toughest questions - I was particularly struggling with parallel flaw, principle, and must be true questions, and now those are the easiest to solve! He also does a great job at explaining some of the toughest PT questions in a way that I can apply to other questions, rather than simply explaining what I did wrong. I brought my PT average up to the mid/high-170s (with a couple 180s mixed in), and that's definitely thanks to Paul!

Paul clearly knows the LSAT extraordinarily well, but what I most appreciate about his tutoring style is how cleverly walks through modes of thinking through specific questions, prompting the student to think about correct methods to arrive at the right answer choice. His walkthroughs have definitely shifted my approaches to challenging questions and I have been able to replicate these strategies in my practice.

Knowledgeable, patient, and dynamic tutor!
I came to Paul after completing LSAT practice sets on practice sets, with no progress. I hit a wall in my studying for the LSAT and improvement, and I honestly didn't how what to do. After just one lesson, Paul illuminated some gaps into the approach I was taking to tackle the various LSAT sections, and we are currently working on developing new strategies to promote more time efficient problem solving! I'm already seeing progress in the practice I've done post-lesson and look forward to improving even more with Paul's help.

Very patient and clear
I just had my first lesson, and I am very confident I picked the right teacher! He took the time to evaluate my thought process and methods for LR. Throughout this as well, I felt really comfortable with being able to discuss my reasonings and did not feel any pressure or judgment. He was extremely patient, clear and understanding. With this only being my first lesson, I left already feeling like I gained so much knowledge to be able to tackle LR- which gave me a lot of confidence and motivation. I am excited to continue my lessons!

I would not have been able to achieve my goal on the LSAT if it was not for Paul! Paul is an incredible tutor! When I started meeting with Paul, I had already taken the LSAT twice. I was scoring fairly well in the reading comprehension and logical reasoning sections, but the analytical reasoning portion seemed absolutely unlearnable to me. I had tried several LSAT prep books and some online courses, but my score stayed the same. Paul immediately identified the issues in my approach to this section and clearly explained the correct strategy. He broke this strategy into a series of steps, which helped me to understand the kind of reasoning necessary for success in this section. He was also consistently kind, patient, and supportive. He took the time to encourage me when I felt frustrated, and I could tell that he was genuinely invested in my success. I had previously viewed the material as absolutely incomprehensible, and I felt pretty hopeless about my ability to improve. Paul helped me to regain faith in my ability to do well on this test. With his help, I was able to raise my score by nine points. I can't recommend him highly enough!

I came to Paul after months of hitting a wall with LSAT prep. I didn't think I could improve on the LSAT, but after a few lessons with Paul I noticed a significant difference in how I was approaching questions and reviewing them after prep tests. He explains things in a no-nonsense way, which honestly makes techniques straight-forward to internalize and practice. I took the LSAT for the 3rd time after a month of tutoring and received a score 5 points higher than my previous score, which has put me in the range for a majority of my target schools. It's definitely worth your time and money to invest in even a few lessons with Paul! I can't recommend it enough!
