I studied English with an emphasis in teaching English to speakers of other languages in University, earning my TESOL certification through an accredited university in in-person classes. During that time, I tutored various students from different backgrounds and English abilities. I worked in Korea through Fulbright for two years teaching at a boys middle school and volunteered at an orphanage twice a month working with children there.
I enjoy learning about my students and tailoring my lessons to fit their needs inside and outside of the classroom setting.
