I'm Kameron! I graduated with a B.S. in Biology with a minor in Chemistry. I have since completed a Master in Biomedical Science and currently dual-enrolled in Medical School and a Master in Public Health. I always found great satisfaction in helping others learn the materials and greatly appreciated those that helped me along the way.
I have several years experience tutoring in different settings. I have worked in YMCA afterschool programs for several years. This involved helping elementary and middle school students complete a variety of different homework assignments before heading home. Additionally, I was responsible for implementing STEM and robotics curriculum into these programs. I have worked for several tutor companies, as well as privately tutored, focusing mainly on Science and Math ranging from elementary through college students. I also worked for my undergraduate school tutoring D1 individuals and groups at-risk for not meeting grade requirements to compete. I have vast experience in Math and Science including General Science, Biology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Physiology, Anatomy, Statistics, and Biostatistics. I enjoy using examples and breaking down questions individually to find specific areas of difficulty. I am flexible with my teaching styles and enjoy answering any questions that come my way.
My goal is to get students where they want and need to be. That looks like different things for different people, it may be a passing grade or taking that next step to excel in the course. Along the way, I'd like to help make the process of learning the content easier and more enjoyable. I hope to alleviate some of the stress that surrounds these difficult topics
