During the covid pandemic, I have taken on a more formal role as an academic mentor. I spend my days working with the children as they work through their distance learning curriculum. I have helped with math, science, history, English, and even home-ec. I love working with children and have really developed strong relationships with them.
I understand the frustrations and roadblocks that math can present. I have helped many children work through these and gain confidence in themselves and their ability to learn maths.
