With respect to my educational background, I was graduated in my first undergraduate degree in Pedagogics (Major) and Math (Minor) from Addis Ababa University. I also graduated in a second undergraduate degree in Accounting (Major) and Management (minor). I graduated MA in Educational Psychology with focus on Measurement and Evaluation at Addis Ababa University. I worked my PhD at Andhra University, India in Educational Assessment and Evaluation.

With respect to my experience, I have been an academic staff of Addis Ababa University in the School of Psychology, College of Education and Behavioral studies since 1991. I am a visiting professor of Hiroshima and Nagoya Universities, Japan. I have taught psychology courses at the undergraduate level and Measurement and Evaluation, statistics, research courses at graduate levels. I have presented papers and attended national and international conferences in my field. I have also served as ETS supervisor and associate supervisor in the administration of ETS tests (GRE, TOEFL, SAT). I have tutored adults in psychology.

I have taken courses in Math such as college algebra, linear algebra, transformation geometry, calculus I and II as a minor subject in my undergraduate degree. My second undergraduate degree is accounting. My MA and PhD is educational assessment and evaluation. I have taught statistics courses at graduate level for MA and PhD students. I am proficient in Microsoft Excel and SPSS as I use it for teaching my students how to analyze data using these software.
