I had tutoring experience during my Freshman and Sophomore years of undergraduate education where I worked with other college students in math and physics. I spent time with them in class leading small group activities and held office hours where I would tutor students one on one. Tutoring for me wasn't about giving students the answer, it was about creating a problem and asking effective questions to help them reach the solution. Through the years I developed a love for tutoring, seeing a student understand a concept, and seeing them improve on their exams.
