I received a bachelors in chemistry from UC Berkeley and PhD in materials science & engineering from Georgia Tech. I had a session with Ben to review python classes and basic perceptrons. Ben was able to explain everything in a very easy to understand way. He was able to review my code and see where my algorithm was off and help fill in the pieces of the puzzle in a very constructive way as well as provide great feedback. Highly recommend Ben for your tutoring needs. Sometimes professors default to speaking in a very academic way which can be a roadblock to learning but Ben was not like this although he was certainly capable when I asked a few technical questions that required an academic answer.

I came into the session feeling like I did not know much about Chemistry and I was overwhelmed with my class and Ben made the concepts more understanding to me and was willing to take a step back in order to further explain things to me.
