I have a strong background in technology and problem solving, along with many years of experience explaining complex ideas in ways that students can easily understand. I previously served as the technical lead for a mobile application with over 30 million users. I earned a Bachelor’s degree in Information and Computational Science and later completed an Executive MBA at the University of Texas at Arlington. I also hold several professional certifications, including Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), Sun Certified Java Programmer (SCJP), and Oracle Certified Professional (OCP). These experiences provided a solid foundation in analytical thinking, mathematics, and communication.

I enjoy helping students develop confidence in subjects such as mathematics, technology, and programming. Over the years I have guided students, interns, and younger learners through mentoring and one-on-one support. My tutoring approach focuses on helping students understand concepts rather than memorizing answers. I usually begin by assessing a student’s current level and then break complex topics into smaller steps, using practical examples that are easy to understand.

I have worked with learners of different ages, including middle school students who are strengthening their academic skills. My teaching style emphasizes patience, encouragement, and clear explanations so students feel comfortable asking questions and building confidence. My goal is to help students develop strong problem-solving skills and independent learning habits. My native language is Mandarin, so if parents would like their children to improve Mandarin while learning programming, I can also provide guidance in both languages.
