As a tutor I like to meet students where they are both academically and emotionally. Often times kids who are struggling in a subject need to gain confidence as they learn to master new skills, so I like to focus on the whole child. I have experience teaching all subjects, but I love math and writing since they utilize my strengths in organizing and breaking down information into bite sized chunks.
