I have a strong background in mathematics, completing up to college-level Calculus III and University Calculus-Based Physics. In addition to my regular classroom teaching, for the last 3 years I ran small math intervention groups where I have gain extensive experience helping students one-on-one to fill in gaps in their mathematical understanding.
My tutoring approach is based on the research-based teaching method called "Gradual Release of Responsibility Model." After your learning needs are identified, I will provide guidance and corrections and gradually release my input until you are completing the skills completely independently by the end of our sessions!
