Greetings!
My name is Patrick! I have a biochemistry degree and am working on a masters degree in physician assisting. I am presently performing clinical rotations throughout the PNW. I have some free time in my schedule and would like to fill it by tutoring.
In the far past, I was a volunteer tutor and a substitute teacher for a little over 2 years. I mostly taught students who were in middle school through high school. I led classrooms, small groups and also provided 1 on 1 support...

While my specialty is biology and health science, I have tutored in other areas before. I'm a fairly strong writer, I am able to teach mathematics (perhaps to precalculus), and I certainly can teach any of the basic sciences up to general chemistry. As a future medical provider (6 months until graduation) I also know quite a bit about medicine and the various roles and jobs within a hospital. I would be happy to provide an explanation on the different jobs within medicine and how you might optimize your chances of getting into a professional program, be it nursing, physician assisting, or medical school.
