I earned my Master’s degree in Psychology in August 2025 and bring both academic and professional experience to my tutoring. During graduate school, I regularly supported classmates with research design, literature reviews, APA formatting, and statistical interpretation. I helped peers organize complex research papers, clarify research questions and variables, refine thesis statements, and understand statistical results with greater confidence and precision.

Before transitioning fully into psychology, I worked for several years as a Program Manager at Microsoft, where I managed complex projects, coordinated teams, and maintained structured workflows under high standards of accountability. That experience strengthened my ability to organize large amounts of information, create clear processes, and communicate expectations clearly. These skills translate directly into helping students structure research papers, break down assignments into manageable steps, and approach statistics in a logical and organized way.

I primarily work with undergraduate and graduate psychology students who feel overwhelmed by research methods, APA writing, or statistics. Many students struggle not because they lack ability, but because they lack clarity and structure. My goal is not simply to edit assignments, but to help students develop independent academic reasoning, improve the quality of their writing, and build long term confidence in their coursework. I conduct one on one online sessions and create a calm, supportive environment where students can ask questions freely and build real understanding.

Essay Writing

I completed a graduate degree in Psychology, where academic writing was central to my training. I wrote extensive research papers, literature reviews, and analytical essays using APA format and empirical sources. Because of my background in both Psychology and Computer Science, I naturally approach writing in a structured and logical way, which helps students organize their thoughts clearly. I focus on helping students understand how to build strong arguments and refine their own voice rather than doing the work for them.

I hold a Master’s degree in Psychology and have extensive graduate-level training across core counseling domains, including Ethics, Human Growth and Development, Social and Cultural Diversity, Career Counseling, Assessment, Research Methods, and Psychopathology. Throughout my graduate program, I supported peers with exam preparation, research design, and understanding complex theoretical models. I have strong familiarity with major counseling theories, key theorists and founders, diagnostic criteria, and evidence-based approaches that are heavily tested on comprehensive exams such as the CPCE. My background also includes advanced coursework in personality disorders, trauma-related disorders, and assessment, as well as experience breaking down dense material into clear, structured study plans. I focus not only on content mastery, but on test strategy, pattern recognition in practice questions, and long-term retention through structured review systems.
Thesis Writing

Thesis Writing

My graduate research focused on how narcissistic parenting styles influence adult children’s identity development and boundary formation. This work required extensive literature review, integration of contemporary scholarly sources, and structured analysis of complex psychological constructs. I developed and organized research questions, theoretical frameworks, and methodological design while maintaining academic rigor and APA standards. I support students by helping them clarify their research focus, strengthen conceptual organization across chapters, and maintain coherence from introduction through discussion.
