I am a current paraeducator and Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with several years of experience working in special education classrooms. I specialize in supporting students who learn differently—whether they have IEPs, behavioral challenges, or just need a more personalized approach. I’ve worked one-on-one and in small groups with students from kindergarten through 6th, helping them develop confidence in reading, writing, and math.

Right now, I’m earning my bachelor’s degree in Elementary and Special Education, with the goal of becoming a certified teacher. I bring both academic knowledge and hands-on experience to my tutoring sessions, using strategies that are supportive, engaging, and tailored to each child’s unique needs. I know how to break things down, scaffold learning, and keep students motivated—even when they’ve struggled in traditional classrooms.

I offer a calm, encouraging environment where kids feel safe to make mistakes and grow. Whether your child needs help catching up, staying on track over the summer, or building stronger foundational skills, I’m here to help.

ADHD

As a Registered Behavior Technician and special education paraeducator, I’ve worked with dozens of students diagnosed with ADHD across K–8 classrooms. I specialize in helping students with attention challenges build focus, organization, and learning confidence through consistent structure, visual supports, and engaging activities. I understand how to break tasks into manageable chunks, use movement strategically, and reinforce executive functioning skills. My approach is patient, flexible, and tailored to meet each child’s emotional and academic needs.
Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)

Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)

I have over three years of experience working in special education classrooms as a paraeducator and Registered Behavior Technician. I support students in grades K–6 with reading, writing, math, and executive functioning skills, including those with IEPs, ADHD, and learning disabilities. I’m currently pursuing a dual bachelor’s degree in Elementary and Special Education. My tutoring approach is flexible, trauma-informed, and personalized to each child’s needs and pace.
Common Core

Common Core

I’ve worked with Common Core-aligned curriculum across multiple grade levels, supporting students in mastering both math and ELA standards. As a paraeducator in both general and special education settings, I break down Common Core concepts into manageable steps using visual supports, hands-on strategies, and scaffolded instruction. I’m currently earning a degree in Elementary and Special Education and understand how to align instruction to grade-level expectations while meeting students where they’re at. I focus on clarity, confidence, and closing skill gaps—without the frustration.
Elementary (K-6th)

Elementary (K-6th)

I’ve supported students in both general education and special education settings, including a full year as a 1:1 aide in a mainstream classroom. I currently work as a paraeducator in special education, where I tutor K–6th grade students in reading, writing, and math with personalized strategies tailored to each learner’s pace and needs. I’m also a Registered Behavior Technician and a student pursuing dual licensure in Elementary and Special Education. I’m experienced in building strong academic foundations while supporting executive functioning, attention, and confidence.
Executive Functioning

Executive Functioning

As a Registered Behavior Technician and special education paraeducator, I work daily with students who struggle with executive functioning challenges such as task initiation, organization, time management, and working memory. I support learners in developing routines, visual schedules, and self-regulation strategies that help them build independence. My approach is structured but flexible, grounded in behavior principles, and adapted to fit each student’s personality and needs. I’ve seen firsthand how the right support can transform academic overwhelm into progress.
Special Needs

Special Needs

I’ve worked in special education classrooms for over three years, supporting students with a wide range of disabilities including autism, learning disabilities, ADHD, and emotional/behavioral disorders. As a Registered Behavior Technician, I’m trained in evidence-based interventions that help students succeed both academically and socially. I understand how to adapt instruction, implement accommodations, and build trust with kids who often feel misunderstood in traditional settings. I’m currently earning my degree in Elementary and Special Education, and I’m passionate about helping every learner feel seen, supported, and capable.
