I've had the privilege of mentoring, tutoring, coaching and teaching students for the last 17 years spanning the ages of 2 to 80. I've taught in a college classroom, mentored in person and virtually, led board rooms to greater clarity and business people to create great success. I've also taught kids academics, sports, leadership, life skills and more.
While what is being taught differs from person to person, the foundation of my philosophy and approach remains the same: listen first, assess your personal needs and then deliver the most impactful lessons and resources tailored to you.
My background includes a degree in Nonprofit Leadership and Management with a focus in Communication and Marketing, teaching Entrepreneurship at South Mountain Community College, mentoring venture start ups through the Edson Entrepreneurship & Poder Program at Arizona State University, starting and growing a multitude of different companies, several nonprofit organizations and working in marketing and PR.
I have been an executive coach for 17 years and I often enjoy the art and science of public speaking to audiences that range from 5 to 400 attendees, both virtually and in person.
