I’ve had the privilege of working with students from diverse backgrounds, including three years supporting English language learners. My teaching methodology is collaborative and encouraging: I celebrate victories, share challenges, and help students see that quantitative reasoning is accessible to everyone with the right guidance. There's no such thing as someone who's 'not a math person'!
