I'm a certified Washington State teacher with a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education, a Multilingual Learner (ML) Endorsement, and a strong passion for helping students succeed. I’ve taught both in-person and online, where I became highly skilled at creating engaging virtual lessons and supporting students in digital learning environments.

What inspires me most about teaching is understanding each student’s unique strengths, challenges, and learning style. I am committed to making sure every student feels supported, confident, and capable. My approach is patient, encouraging, and structured. I teach concepts clearly, break down difficult skills into manageable steps, and provide targeted practice so students feel successful every step of the way. I strongly believe in building relationships and creating a safe, positive space where students aren’t afraid to ask questions or try again.

I have experience teaching and tutoring across a range of elementary subjects, including Reading, Writing, Math, Science, and Social Studies. I also have specialized training in supporting multilingual learners, students who need extra academic scaffolding, and those who benefit from visual learning tools or customized strategies. Whether a student is catching up, staying on track, or looking to build confidence, I tailor each lesson to meet their specific goals and needs.

I welcome communication from parents and students and always strive to be responsive, flexible, and supportive.
