I take a student-directed approach to my teaching, where I focus on building conversational fluency in an environment where we can have discussions about interesting subjects and work in improving vocabulary and grammar along the way! It is incredibly important for me to create a fun and encouraging atmosphere so that students feel comfortable making mistakes and putting themselves out there when learning a new language. I also have three summers of experience as a summer camp ballet counselor for kids ages 3-9, I love making learning fun for children! I enjoy travelling around the world (41 countries and counting!), dancing, and reading in my spare time.
