Recent CS and DS graduate, current software engineer

A recent graduate from the University of California, Berkeley with computer science and data science degrees. I taught the Introduction to Data Science course (more than 1,400 students) as a tutor and head teaching assistant. I have been part of the teaching staff for 10 semesters (including summers) and have extensive experience helping with programming and math assignments. I am currently a software engineer and I want to tutor to continue my passion for teaching!

I have taken all of the above courses back in High School with straight A's. I passed the AP Calculus BC with a 5. In college, I have also taken Linear Algebra and other advanced math courses.

I taught the Introduction to Data Science course for 10 semesters, with is mainly using Python as a data analysis tool. I am familiar with a lot of Data Science packages and Jupyter notebooks. Also worked with python in object-oriented programming. I am currently a software engineer that mainly codes in Java.

I am very approachable and have experience teaching using various different methods. I am also very good and breaking down big problems into smaller chunks to help with understanding.
