Beyond my Culinary specific schooling, my career has consisted of cooking in Michelin and James Beard recognized restaurants and was fueled by days filled with consistent teaching and mentoring of my team.
Anything from cooking techniques, terminology, knife skills, classic recipes, simple fixes, quick meals, artistry, plating, nutrition, ayurvedic principles, flavor development, sous vide, charcuterie, fermentation, bread, sustainability, utilization, and farming principles are all topics I am more than comfortable teaching!
Want a class specific to a recipe or region? Want to learn how to think like a chef on your toes in the kitchen? How to better organize yourself while you are cooking? Or just a general tutor on classic French techniques, terminology, culinary basics for culinary school? I am happy to assist!
