Grades and scores are important for tests but the real lessons to be learned are the ones you remember and use on your own with tremendous pride and increasing motivation!
I specialize in tutoring French, English as Second/Foreign language, 6th grade Math & all Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and Public Speaking. I have been teaching College courses since 1998, as well as elementary school, grades Pre-school through 8th.
I like to keep my students challenged, motivated, focused and never overwhelmed. There will be homework assigned after each lesson, as well as periodic assessments, and regular progress reports.
I am happy to travel to your location, so you can stay in a comfortable and familiar environment.

The main ingredients to their success and my tactics, are motivation, encouragement and practice, practice and practice!

As with my ESL qualifications, I have received my B.A. in Teaching French and English as Second Languages. Being a native speaker, I have had numerous teaching French contracts throughout my career, most recently, elementary grades: Pre-K through 8th, as well as with my college students.

As a student in High School, I was trained in the Art of Public Speaking by my mentor and entered a regional contest. I placed second in the region out of tens of contestants. As a Corporate Trainer, I then taught Public Speaking skills to several employees. Now, as a College Instructor, I have taught Effective Speaking since 1998.
