I am currently working for educational staffing within the Burlington School District and have been doing so for the past several years. I have a Liberal Arts degree from Community College of Vermont where my main focus was in elementary education, psychology, and writing. I enjoy everything to do with education and knowledge and am enthused every day to help students navigate their educational aspirations, even if they have none yet (they will). Nature is of huge interest to me and I am in the out of doors whenever I can be. Nature is, in and of itself, a great classroom where much knowledge can be found and transferred.
I spent twenty years in the printing field and am very qualified as a proofreader. I am a lifelong reader, writer and public speaking enthusiast. In elementary school I began public speaking through the school play I was in and have always been a great advocate for speaking publicly on topics one is knowledgeable on.
I am a totally all about learning everything you can to further your attainment in life kind of person. I am always in an awesome mood, ready to impart knowledge and assist students in finding better and useful strategies to empower themselves to become what they want to be. I enjoy helping students hurdle over educational obstacles and succeed!!!
