I am a fourth-year medical student at the University of Vermont Larner College of Medicine, graduating in 2027. I graduated cum laude from New York University in 2021 with a BA in Biology. I passed USMLE Step 1 and scored 270+ on Step 2 CK. Having recently prepared for these exams myself, I understand the challenges of balancing clinical rotations, studying, and personal well-being. I specialize in helping medical students prepare for Step 2 CK and clinical clerkship shelf exams.

I have over 100 hours of tutoring experience, including two years of informal peer tutoring and six months as a paid tutor at my medical school. I have worked with over 10 students, primarily third- and fourth-year medical students, through one-on-one sessions both virtually and in person. Previously, I spent two years providing individual biology and chemistry tutoring to high school students at Best in Class Education Center in Princeton, NJ. I also served as president of a medical school applicant mentorship program for one year, helping prospective students prepare their applications and navigate the admissions process.
My tutoring approach focuses on individualized study plans, clinical reasoning, and effective test-taking strategies. I begin by understanding each student's goals, strengths, weaknesses, and available resources before developing a realistic study schedule for shelf exams or dedicated Step 2 CK preparation. During sessions, we review practice questions, identify knowledge gaps, discuss clinical reasoning, and incorporate targeted content review as needed. I can also help students effectively use resources such as UWorld, AMBOSS, Sketchy, and Anki.
My goal is to help students study efficiently without becoming overwhelmed. Rather than recommending every available resource, I emphasize high-yield material, sustainable study habits, and strategies tailored to each student's needs. I aim to build students' confidence and help them approach their exams with a clear, manageable plan.
