Provided exactly what I needed
I learned the basics of video editing with Resolve - how to build a timeline, import clips, trim them to fit, add a voiceover, and add subtitles. That's all I really needed to know and Ben was excellent in showing me how. We did have a problem with the sound of my clips, and neither of us were able to resolve it. It still hasn't been resolved. So it's back to this drawing board on the sound aspect of my video. But the rest of it? I'm very satisfied.

Knowledgeable and patient tutor
Ben is teaching me about wildlife photography as I am going on a safari again. So Ben is helping me to prepare for different situations on photographing animals at waterholes, galloping herds of oryx, birds in flight, wild dog packs, etc., - at different times of day and under different weather conditions. Ben is very pleasant to work with and very knowledgeable. He is also helping me to navigate the complexities of the Nikon D500 since I upgraded from D3500, a major step up!

He is extremely knowledgeable of not only the software but how to build videos that are captivating and interesting to the viewer. Ben is patient and gave me so many useful tips.
