Great Tutor
Eva prepared my son for a big spanish exam. After two days of instruction, he scored an A on the speaking part of his exam. We highly recommend her for getting you on the right track to learning Spanish.

Eva has been working with my son in advance of his Spanish 3 final. He has been struggling this year because his foundational skills from Spanish 1 and 2 are not that strong (thanks COVID). She has been amazing in helping him prepare for the test while also going back and refreshing his memory on vocabulary and grammar from earlier years. She was honest about his needs but optimistic about getting him back on track and they have already made huge strides after only a few lessons. Not sure what we would do without her! Thanks, Eva!

What a savor! I immediately felt comfortable using her for my 14 year old who recently has been struggling in Spanish2. She did various assessments to help establish a baseline of where we needed to be and came up with a game plan to get him back on track for this grading period and beyond. My son does not like virtual, but by the end of their second lesson, he smiled and showed a better level of confidence. Thanks Eva for working with my child.

Fun and customized learning with a teachers passion and skills
Eva is an incredibly skilled teacher and it’s evident she teaches because it is her calling and passion. This combination is rare and precious. But she also customizes her approach to the student including how they best learn and how to accomplish individual goals in a fun and relevant way. She is already helping me fill in gaps not learned with former tutors and I’m achieving greater proficiency and confidence in just a few lessons. I’m so lucky to have her with me on my journey to fluency.

I genuinely look forward to my Catalan classes with Eva. She is passionate about teaching, whether that be Catalan or Spanish (we’ve done a bit of both). She is eager to share her expertise in the languages and in the culture of Catalunya, which makes for rich and in-depth themes and discussions. She is also very flexible, both in kindly accommodating the schedule of an adult student with other commitments and in shaping each class to fit with the student’s interest and goals for learning. She does a great job of pulling together and curating resources from different sources to demonstrate grammatical concepts.

Wonderful Tutor
Eva has been tutoring my daughter since March. When she started with Eva, she was struggling in her Spanish 4 class. By working with Eva, she was able to bring her grade up significantly to salvage her GPA. Eva identified serious discrepancies in her Spanish foundation. My daughter is taking lessons over the summer and will continue through the next school year. I have seen her confidence in using Spanish also increase significantly. This is all due to Eva!
