I'm currently a 1st year student at Northern Virginia Community College and majoring in Information Technology. Depending on how I do this summer I plan on double majoring in IT and Science before I transfer. I started web designing as a hobby since the age of 10. I've taught myself HTML, Photoshop, CSS, and some php scripting language. My general computer knowledge goes back to elementary. Ever since, I have tried to use computer technology for anything I can. In addition, I have taken word processing in high school along with JAVA and some Visual Basic. For math, I'm currently taking calculus. I have tutored friends throughout high school in algebra 1, algebra 2, and geometry and some trigonometry to a degree I'm really patient and can really break it down for anyone to understand, even for those who believe their incapable of learning. I've had experience in several aspects of computer science. From the basics for general uses like word processing and how to format and defragment, to some local area networking and web design. I have the patients to teach the very basics from copying files and installing software. Most of my experience comes in the Windows operating system, but I also have some experience in the Mac OS X, which I'm currently using. I can also teach how to type. I can guarantee that I will be one of the fastest typers you will ever meet, and I will be more than glad to show you how I do it and learned to get where I am now.

I have been working with HTML for 8 years. I have used it in numerous occasions. For personal interests, for friends, and for school projects. I'm currently in the process of teaching myself PHP, a scripting language that requires prior knowledge in HTML. I taught myself HTML at the age of 10, so I know how even persons at a very young age can learn it. I have helped others learn mathematics who have had much difficulty with algebra 2 and trigonometry, so I have experience and the patience to teach in a way anyone can understand without having a hard time.

I previously practiced Tae Kwon Do for 3 years. It's been a while, but I can still teach someone from ground up pretty well. I'm still very familiar with the different kicks I have learned, and I have some equipment like kicking pads to practice with. From me, you can learn the fundamentals of Tae Kwon Do while training to become fit.

Being a self-taught web designer, I have learned from several different sources rather than in a single class. This has helped me learn different techniques from multiple perspectives.
