I earned my Bachelor of Science in Biology from George Mason University, where my coursework and research experiences gave me a strong foundation in the core sciences. Through multiple undergraduate research programs, I gained hands-on exposure to neuroscience, physiology, histology, and biomedical research, which strengthened both my scientific knowledge and my ability to explain complex concepts clearly. These experiences taught me how to break down challenging material in a way that students can follow, a skill that has carried over naturally into tutoring.

I have several years of experience working with students of different ages in one-on-one and small-group settings. My approach centers on meeting students where they are academically and helping them build confidence step by step. I focus on reasoning through difficult topics rather than memorization, adapting my explanations to each student’s learning style and pacing. My background in culturally diverse roles and volunteer work has also shaped the way I communicate. With patience and with the goal of making every student feel supported and capable.

Now, as a current medical student, I bring an even deeper understanding of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and clinical reasoning into my tutoring. The rigor of medical education continually reinforces my knowledge and strengthens the way I teach. My goal is not only to help students succeed in their classes but to help them genuinely understand the material, feel confident in their abilities, and develop long-term academic skills that will serve them beyond any single course.

Anatomy

Anatomy

I am a third-year medical student with a strong foundation in human anatomy from both undergraduate coursework and medical school anatomy course. I have over two years of tutoring experience helping students master complex structures through simple explanations, visual strategies, and clinical examples. My approach focuses on building confidence while strengthening long-term retention. I enjoy helping students connect anatomy to real-world medical application.
Physiology

Physiology

As a current OMS-III, I study physiology at an advanced, systems-based medical level and tutor students in making sense of challenging concepts. I break down pathways such as cardiac output, renal regulation, endocrine control, and respiratory mechanics into understandable steps. My goal is to help students move from memorizing to truly understanding how the body functions. I tailor sessions to each student's learning style to ensure steady progress.
Spanish

Spanish

I am fully bilingual in English and Spanish, with years of experience helping students improve grammar, pronunciation, reading comprehension, and conversational skills. I adjust my teaching style based on the student's goals, whether academic success or daily communication. My sessions are supportive, engaging, and focused on building confidence. I enjoy helping learners progress from basic understanding to fluid expression.
