My educational background consists of associate's and bachelor's degrees in computer science, as well as a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, with a strong background or emphasis on robotics and automation, and economics. I had an A+ certification, which expired. My associate's degree is from Northern Virginia Community College (NVCC), and my bachelor's degrees are from George Mason University (GMU).

I have also completed the following Matlab "Onramp" certifications: Matlab, Simulink, Circuit Simulation, Simscape, Stateflow, Control Design Onramp with Simulink, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Reinforcement Learning, Optimization, Image Processing, Signal Processing, and Wireless Communications Onramp, about a year ago.

While a student at NVCC, I started tutoring mainly algebra or more basic math to other NVCC students through a tutoring program at NVCC, and eventually high school students via referrals to me from NVCC. All sessions were in-person and one-on-one.

The NVCC students were predominantly in their late teens or early 20s, but there were also a few older adults. Most of the sessions were on campus for the NVCC students, and for some of the NVCC students and all the high school students, the sessions were held at their homes. I tutored for about 2 years, between 1994 and 1996.
