I am a college professor and executive function coach with extensive experience helping high school students, college students, and young adults achieve stronger academic performance through individualized, high-level support. I hold an MFA from The University of Texas at Austin, where I was awarded the Presidential Preemptive Recruitment Fellowship, and a BFA from The Savannah College of Art and Design. Across more than ten years of teaching and mentoring, I have worked closely with a wide range of students to strengthen both subject knowledge and the executive functioning skills that make sustained success possible.
My coaching is especially well suited to students who are bright and capable but struggling with organization, time management, prioritization, planning, follow-through, or ADHD-related challenges. I help students develop practical systems that reduce overwhelm, improve accountability, and build greater confidence and independence over time. My style is supportive, polished, and results-oriented, with an emphasis on meeting each student where they are while helping them rise to a higher standard.
Alongside my work in education, I am an award-winning lighting designer and professional photographer, recognized with honors including the BroadwayWorld Award, the Oscar Wilde Award, and the Suzi Bass Award. I bring the same level of rigor, creativity, and care to my work with students, and I value the opportunity to help each client develop not only stronger outcomes, but stronger habits for the future.
