I'm Andy! I graduated from Christopher Newport University with a BA in English and German. During my time in college I developed a fierce passion for journalism, literature and writing that has drawn me to becoming an educator.

After college, I was a freelance writer for the Daily Press until I joined the Air Force and completed my MA in English at Northwestern State University. Now, I am a High School English Teacher and a Dual-Enrollment College Composition Instructor for Thomas Nelson Community College.
