Music Lessons with a Licensed Music Educator

Hi! My name is Tiffany S., and I am a music educator. I currently teach around 600 students in my public school all about music. Right now, I am a full-time elementary music teacher but have experience teaching students of many ages, from preschool to adult! My principal instrument is flute and my secondary is piano. Previously, I taught band and music in a private school, preschool through 12th grade. This involved teaching all band instruments to beginners and beyond, and teaching younger students to love music with games, music theory, listening, singing, playing instruments, and performing! I currently have a small music studio, and am looking to take on more students who are excited to learn! I am accepting flute, piano, and general music students, but am open to different kinds of situations. If you are looking for something in particular, reach out, and I will consider it.

What makes me an excellent music teacher? My creativity, enthusiasm, patience, expertise, flexibility, and qualifications! I graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor in Music Education with a concentration in instrumental music, and earned a Master of Music degree with a major in music education. I have lots of experience with a variety of ages and experience levels and am always looking for a new musician to tutor!
