Greetings!

Over the past few years, I've found myself interested in helping/teaching others a subject or software that some struggle in, yet I master. I enjoy tutoring elementary children in various subjects, in addition to helping everyone learn Microsoft Office Suite, Quickbooks Desktop or Online, & Financial Accounting.

I love LOVE numbers & math so naturally I went the accounting/finance career course. I have a B.S. in Finance obtained from Liberty University and though I have over 19 yrs accounting experience, the last few years were spent as an accounting manager/ assistant controller (gov't contractor construction and manufacturing company). As of June 2022, I left corporate america and opened my own accounting/bookkeeping firm. With that, I became a certified proadvisor for Quickbooks (online & desktop) and have enjoyed helping business owners learn how to keep their financials accurate and being able to read/interpret the reporting.

Naturally, I have a calm demeanor, yet I'm able to capture the attention of whomever I'm teaching. Via video chat (as I'd prefer all sessions to be), I like to first see what it is that you like/dislike about the subject you're needing help with. From there I will ask a few knowledge based questions to gauge your strengths/weaknesses. I'd then setup future lessons based on those points. Every session would be you actively engaging so that I can be assured you're understanding what is being taught to you. Also, every lesson will have a few random questions from previous sessions to ensure what you've learned. I assure you, you won't be disappointed!
