I am a retired Air Force officer with a PhD in Engineering. I have been tutoring or teaching all levels of math and test preparation for more than 20 years. I have considerable one-on-one experience in an online environment and have a variety of materials and tools at my disposal to make online learning fun!

I am a retired Air Force officer with a PhD in Engineering. I have been tutoring or teaching all levels of math and test preparation for more than 20 years. I have considerable one-on-one experience in an online environment and have a variety of materials and tools at my disposal to make online learning fun!

I have taught everything from elementary/middle school math to calculus and then reading/writing for all variations of school test prep (SAT/ACT/ISEE/SSAT/HSPT) and college essays as well as the military exams (ASVAB/AFOQT) at all levels. I have managed learning centers and focus on nose to tail assistance for the lifecycle of your students prep (academic tutoring, test preparation, essay writing, mentoring and school selection). As an 18 year AF veteran, I have worked with more than 400 ASVAB students and 75+ AFOQT students. My personal scores were in the 99th percentile.

Finally I have worked with students who have ADHD, dyslexia and dyscalculia. I am familiar with learning needs and spend time on time management, test taking skills, and organizational skills.

I welcome you to call me with any questions, and I always will do a 15-30 minute meet and greet to make sure we are a good fit. Finally, I have A LOT of materials I can provide electronically through the platform and outside of session assignments.
