Official AP Exam Reader | 10 Years of AP Teaching | Columbia University M.A. in Mathematics

Looking for a tutor who understands both how to teach math and how the AP exam is actually graded?

I hold a Master’s degree in Mathematics from Columbia University and have 10 years of full-time high school teaching experience, specializing in AP Calculus AB/BC, AP Statistics, Precalculus, and Algebra.

As an official AP Exam Reader, I grade real AP exams and know what earns and loses points. I use that experience to help students strengthen their mathematical understanding while developing the skills and strategies needed for AP success.

With 14+ years of one-on-one tutoring experience, I work with students at all levels, from those building foundational skills to those aiming for top scores. My lessons are personalized and focused on deep understanding, accuracy, confidence, and independence.

I also provide parents with regular feedback and practical suggestions to support progress between sessions.
