Medical Student w/ 99th Percentile SAT score & 95th Percentile MCAT

Hello! My name's Nabeel; I'm currently a 3rd year medical student offering tutoring services in SAT & ACT Standardized testing as well as the sciences at the high school and collegiate levels.

I was born and raised in Buffalo, New York, having obtained my B.S. in Biomedical Sciences from the University at Buffalo. I'm now in medical school and am completing my clinical rotations in Virginia. I have multiple years of tutoring experience, both independently and contracted, dating back to my time as an undergraduate student.

I try to play to my strengths and weaknesses and as a result my tutoring focus tends to be on standardized testing, particularly the SAT, ACT, and MCAT. I scored a 1520/1600 on the SAT (99th percentile) and a 517/528 on the MCAT (95th percentile). Both during my time as a student and throughout my years of tutoring I've learned that success in standardized testing is a combination of pattern recognition, attention to detail, and having a strong knowledge base. I also strongly believe that it's important to cater to each student's individual skillset when aiming to optimize a test score. I am more than happy to share what I learned with prospective students to set them up in the best possible way for their future success.

In addition to tutoring for standardized testing, I do also offer tutoring for general high school & college classes, albeit with a focus on the sciences. As a current medical student I have a strong grasp of many of the scientific concepts which are taught at the high school and collegiate level.

I am open to meeting virtually or in person, whether it be at the student's house, a public location (library, coffee shop, etc.) or a separate predetermined location. My hours are flexible as well.
