Hi, I’m Emmanuelle! I’m passionate about making learning engaging, approachable, and confidence-building for every student. I’ve supported learners across a variety of subjects, from speech and debate style writing and speaking to math on all levels from kindergarten to calculus. My experience includes tutoring K–12 students at Mathnasium, where I tailored instruction to meet individual learning needs and helped students improve both their understanding and their enthusiasm for math.
I also have experience in both classroom and one-on-one settings—working with children in after-school programs, providing academic support at Mathnasium, and helping peers with various assignments in college. These roles have taught me the value of patience, adaptability, and clear communication when helping others learn. I enjoy breaking down complex concepts into manageable, relatable parts and always aim to make students feel heard and supported.
My approach is student-centered and goal-oriented. I like to begin with a brief consultation to understand each student’s needs, learning style, and academic goals. From there, I create structured but flexible lesson plans to build skills and boost confidence over time. I’m happy to work with students on school coursework, homework help, or enrichment.
