I was a high school peer-tutor, and I tutored my peers in math, English, and science courses. I was also math teaching assistant for three years for the math plus tutoring center and tutored kids aged 6-13, teaching them how to simplify complex problems into easier steps. I baby-sit two young kids in my neighborhood and regularly help them with their homework and test prep. I volunteered at the West End Neighborhood house as well as St. Anthony's after school program to help young students with their homework and studying. I am a Senior at Vanderbilt University. I love working with kids and have extensive experience working with disabled children. I volunteer at a youth summer camp for disabled children.

Teaching kids is a passion of mine, and I value education deeply. My grandfather worked three jobs to provide my dad with an education, and my dad has worked very hard to provide my sister and I with a good education. I am extremely grateful to have access to education, and I want to share my deep love of math with other students.

I am a national merit scholar and received a near perfect PSAT score. I also received a 35 on the ACT, and my math subscore was a 36. I received a 790 on SAT math. I also took 10 AP courses in high school, three of which include AP statistics, AP Calculus AB, and AP Calculus BC. I received the excellence award in Algebra 2, and I also received the excellence award in precalculus. I scored a 519 on the MCAT. I have passed USMLE Step 1. I also passed all pre-clinical classes in medical school.

Overall, I have over 100 hours of private tutoring experience, including standardized test prep experience.
