She is an interested learner and has done well in other subject areas excepting math. We were looking for a tutor who could help our daughter organize her efforts and regain traction in math. We were looking not so much for a tutor but a teacher who can connect with our daughter and inspire her to get her feet soaked in math again. After 10 tutoring sessions, I can say that Previa has reestablished our daughter's confidence and interest in math. I believe that most math tutor know math and can teach math. However, not every math tutor can engage and inspire confidence. Our plan is to continue with Previa so our daughter can continue to learn new math topics and skills. We highly recommend Previa to anyone who is looking for a talented Math teacher.

Prevail is encouraging and extremely patient allowing time for my 7 yrs old granddaughter to learn at her on pace. I am very grateful for her teaching expertise in the way she presents reading and math materials . My granddaughter enjoys attending these sessions and we see that she is really benefiting . Prevail write a summary of each sessions and assign homework which is very helpful to . A awesome teacher !

Due to scheduling conflicts with our last tutor, I had quickly find a tutor for my son, a fifth grader. Thankfully, we found Previa. According to my son, she is knowledgeable and patient. She was able to help him understand math concepts he was struggling with in class. As a result, he as able to improve tremendously. As a parent, I was pleased because he never complained about having to participate in sessions with her, and there was a noticeable improvement in his academic performance. We highly recommend her as a math tutor.

Previa was patient and helpful in teaching my 5-year-old son, who had just started kindergarten. As a working mom with three kids, I couldn't provide him with the necessary help he needed to develop a good reading habit. I searched for a teacher who could make learning fun, and Previa was the right person for the job. During the first lesson, she noticed that my child had a tendency to guess words while reading alone, and she patiently helped him avoid developing bad habits. Thanks to her efforts, my child showed remarkable progress on the second i-Ready test at school. Teaching young children requires infinite patience and hard work, and I'm grateful to Ms. Previa for helping my child take his first successful steps.
